Latchworks is in development and has not yet launched on the App Store. These answers describe the current game design; release details will be confirmed before launch.
How do the puzzles work?
Tap a rail to advance it one step. Its connection labels show which other rails will move. Align every rail with its target. An interlock can block a rail until another rail moves out of the marked position.
What happens when I run out of turns or energy?
You can reset an active attempt for a free retry. Energy recovers over time. Where available, a completed rewarded video can provide the benefit stated on its button, such as extra turns or energy. Ad availability and duration are controlled by the ad network.
How will purchases and restoration work?
Digital purchases in the iOS app use Apple's in-app purchase system. Use Restore Purchases in the shop to recover eligible non-consumable purchases with the same Apple Account. Consumable items already used cannot be restored. For billing or refund help, visit Apple's purchase support.
Where is my progress saved?
The current game stores progress on your device. There is no game account or cloud sync. Deleting the app or its data can remove progress. Contact us before troubleshooting that involves deleting data.
How do I report a problem?
Email contact@jupetto.com with your device model, iOS version, game version, puzzle number and what happened. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords, full payment details or other sensitive information.
How can I manage privacy?
Use Cookie settings in this website's footer for optional website analytics. The app's privacy controls and any system tracking permission will govern its applicable services. Read our privacy policy or email us with a privacy request.
